Girls Instructional

Girls instructional is designed for students in first grade and older who want an overall experience on all equipment, including balance beams, floor, ropes, trampolines, tumble tracks, vault, uneven bars, and our extra large foam pit. Classes focus on specific skills in each level that are evaluated on a weekly basis to chart their progression and to determine when they are able to advance to the next level. Classes run in 9 week sessions and are one hour and fifteen minutes in length.
