They Run, They Jump, They Play… You Relax… Treat your child to an unforgettable experience with a special birthday party right here at American Gymnastics & Cheer Romeo. Party times are available on Saturday and Sunday and consist of one hour of gymnastics and one hour of table time in our party area.

The Gym Party Experience

Our experienced coaching staff provides close supervision of all activities. The party starts with a fast-paced game to get everyone moving. The children then go through two giant obstacle courses that take them on almost every piece of equipment in the gym, including the many in-ground trampolines and our huge foam pit! The party ends with a few parachute games before heading into the party area for refreshments and present opening. We will gladly do all the clean up at the end of the party, so you don’t have to!

Description
We provide each child with a gymnastics ribbon and the birthday child receives a free t-shirt and neck medallion. Maximum number of children 3 years and older is 25. Parents should refrain from playing on the equipment in the gym, as to keep the safety of the children in mind. Each activity is set up to the age and ability of the birthday child. In the party area, we provide new, plastic table coverings for each party, as well as basic decorations.

Members $155.00 for up to 12 children, additional children are $11 each.

Non-Members $175.00 for up to 12 children, additional children are $12 each. Non-Members may become members by paying the $25 lifetime family membership fee.

Reservations
A $50 non-refundable deposit will reserve your party and can be made in person or by calling 752-3547. Dates and times are limited, so early booking is suggested. Visa, Mastercard, and Discover accepted.

Additional Party Information
The party room will be available 30 minutes before the scheduled start time for set up or added decorations. Party poppers, confetti, and glitter are not allowed due to the difficulty of clean up. Refreshments and extra decorations are the responsibility of the party.

Each child must have a signed waiver to participate, and is included with the invitation we provide to you. Children younger than 3 years old and those with special needs may participate with adult assistance.

We suggest that guests arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time so not to miss any of the fun! Parties will be charged $20 for each quarter hour or portion there of that runs over the time limit.

*Frozen ice cream treats from our freezer ($.8o each)

*Party coach to assist with room set up, food serving, gift opening, or gift record at no charge
