They Run, They Jump, They Play… You Relax… Treat your child to an unforgettable experience with a special birthday party right here at American Gymnastics & Cheer. AGC is a great place for children to play and parents to relax. Party times are available on Saturdays at 3 p.m. and Sundays at 12:30p.m. or 3:30 p.m. and consist of one hour of gymnastics and one hour of table time in our party area. Other days and times may be available if desired, just ask for details.

The Gym Party Experience

LENGTH: One hour of gymnastics and one hour of table time.

COST: Members-$155 for 12 children, $11 for each additional child. Non-Members-$175 for 12 children, $12 for each additional child.

DEPOSIT: $50 non-refundable due at time of booking party

PAYMENT: Rest of payment must be paid in cash or by check at end of party. Make checks payable to AGI. We will no be able to make change.

* Each additional 15 minutes will be an additional charge of $20, this extra charge will be added to your final bill.

* Children must be on time to ensure the party starts on time.

INCLUDED: Birthday invitations that include a map and a consent form are provided for your convience. AGC will provide tables and chairs for the children ONLY. Party guests will receive a birthday ribbon along with a $15 off coupon. The birthday child will also receive an American Gymnastics t-shirt as our gift and a special birthday medallion. A party coach will also assist with your table-time activities if desired. Any food, drinks and decorations will be the responsibility of the party. To insure a safe party, parents are not allowed on the equipment due to our insurance coverage. There will be a ZERO tolerance policy on alcohol in the building.

One hour into the party, the children break for cake and refreshments. We will assist you with the serving and clean up.
